CORPORATE DONOR OF THE MONTH: Portland General Electric

PGEFebruary 2021 – Oregon Food Bank is pleased to honor Portland General Electric as our Corporate Donor of the Month.

The PGE Change Drive Fund grant supports purchasing two electric vehicles and a charging station to continue our commitment to a sustainable future. Since March 2020, the PGE Change Drive Fund has been helping Oregon Food Bank provide food and root cause programming to over 400 partner agencies all across the Portland Metropolitan area. Keep an eye out for the cars at your agency soon! Also, see here for the funding opportunity from PGE. We’ve been working on this project for over 3 years, with a pilot program started by Forth. Thanks so much to Forth and PGE for powering up this project! This project has been made possible by DEQ’s Oregon Clean Fuels Program via the PGE drive Change Fund.

Thank you to PGE and its staff for generously supporting Oregon Food Bank’s mission.
