Oregon Food Bank welcomes new board members

January 29, 2018 – Oregon Food Bank announces the addition of five members and the election of officers for its board of directors.

Joining the board of directors this month are Brenda Thomas, president of Orchard View Inc.; Greg McNiff, division president for Safeway Albertsons; Liz Aspray, president of Sysco Portland; Brooke Randall, principal at Agriculture Capital; and Dunya Minoo, director of education partnerships for Portland Public Schools.

The Oregon Food Bank Board of Directors also elected the following to serve as officers for 2018: Patrick Criteser of Tillamook County Creamery Association as board chair, Ron Brake of Marketing Concepts NW as vice chair, Sarah Opfer of KPMG as treasurer and Barb Swanson a retired media executive as secretary.

Earlier in 2017, Jenny Smith, interim CFO of Kaiser Permanente NW Region joined the board along with partner board members Rick Gaupo, President and CEO of Marion Polk Food Share and Kevin Ryan, social services program manager for William Temple House.
